Exhaust Fans

Thermostat Replacement — Old thermostats replaced with new programmable or smart models (Nest, Ecobee, Honeywell), connected to your existing wiring.
Thermostat Programming — Your existing programmable or smart thermostat set up with schedules optimized for Florida’s climate and your daily routine.
Filters & Registers
Clean filters and properly functioning registers are essential for air quality and system efficiency.
HVAC Filter Replacement — Standard and high-efficiency filters replaced in your return-air grilles. We check sizing and recommend the right MERV rating for your system.
Register & Vent Cover Replacement — Old, rusty, or mismatched floor and ceiling registers replaced with new covers that match your décor.
AC Register Remove/Install — Floor, wall, and ceiling supply registers removed, cleaned, or replaced with matching covers.
AC Return Grille Remove/Install — Return air grilles removed for filter access or replaced with new covers.
Window AC & Mini-Split Installation
Supplemental cooling solutions for rooms that need extra help.
Window AC Installation — Window air conditioners installed securely with proper support brackets, weatherstripping, and drainage.
Mini-Split Installation — Ductless mini-split indoor and outdoor units mounted and connected. Includes line set routing, condensate drain, and electrical connection.
Swamp Cooler Maintenance
For homes with evaporative cooling systems, Highmark handles component-level maintenance and replacement.
Complete Unit Replacement — Old swamp cooler removed and new unit installed with water and electrical connections.
Motor Replacement — Failed or noisy motors replaced with properly sized replacements and tested for smooth operation.
Cooling Pad Replacement — Worn or mineral-clogged cooling pads replaced with fresh pads for efficient evaporation.
Pump Replacement — Water pumps that have failed or lost pressure replaced and water distribution tested.
Spider (Water Distributor) Replacement — The spider assembly that distributes water across cooling pads replaced for even pad saturation.
