Light Fixture Installation & Replacement

Flush Mount & Semi-Flush Fixtures — The most common fixture swap. We remove the old fixture, connect the new one, and ensure it sits flush and level against the ceiling.
Pendant Light Installation — Single pendants and multi-pendant fixtures installed at existing ceiling boxes, including height adjustment for islands and dining tables.
Chandelier Installation — Chandeliers require secure mounting and often a heavier-rated ceiling box. We upgrade the box if needed and install the fixture safely.

Outdoor Light Fixture Installation — Porch lights, wall sconces, post lights, and motion-activated security lights installed at existing exterior locations.

Outdoor Patio Fan Installation — Damp-rated and wet-rated fans installed on covered patios, lanais, and screened porches for year-round comfort.
Fan Replacement & Upgrade — Old, noisy, or wobbling fans removed and replaced with modern, energy-efficient models. We upgrade the electrical box to fan-rated if needed.
Fan Balancing & Repair — Wobbling fans are balanced, loose hardware is tightened, and broken pull chains or blade arms are replaced.
Ceiling Fan, Replace Light Kit — Burned-out or outdated fan light kits replaced with new LED or standard kits.

Switches, Outlets & Dimmers
Outdated switches and outlets are both a safety concern and an aesthetic issue. Highmark swaps them quickly and cleanly.
Outlet Replacement — Worn, painted-over, or two-prong outlets are replaced with new three-prong or tamper-resistant outlets. We also swap standard outlets for USB-equipped models.
GFCI Outlet Installation — Kitchens, bathrooms, garages, and outdoor areas require GFCI protection. We replace standard outlets with GFCI units and test them.
Light Switch Replacement — Single-pole, three-way, and four-way switches replaced. We also swap toggle switches for modern rocker or decorator-style switches.
Dimmer Switch Installation — Standard switches replaced with dimmers for adjustable lighting. We ensure compatibility with your bulb type (LED, incandescent, CFL).
