Featured Project: Dunedin Exterior Repaint
Location: Dunedin, FL | Completed: April 2026 | Scope: Full exterior repaint
A complete exterior transformation on a mid-century Dunedin home. The owners wanted to move from a dated brown-and-tan palette to a crisp coastal white that lets the original natural stone facade take center stage. Every surface — stucco walls on all four sides, wood siding, the tongue-and-groove patio ceiling, roof soffits and overhangs, front and garage doors, and the masonry retainer walls — was prepped, primed where needed, and finished with the right Sherwin-Williams system for each substrate.
Front Facade — Before & After
The hero shot. Brown stucco and beige siding gave way to a clean white field that pulls the eye straight to the natural stone columns and the new dark trim accents.
Side Wall & AC Cover — Before & After
The tan stucco side wall and yellow AC cover received the same Duration system. New dark trim was applied to the AC cover for a modern, coordinated look.
Rear Elevation — Before & After
The backyard side of the home, viewed from the pool deck. The full transformation is visible in a single frame — stucco, wood overhangs, and trim all repainted under the Florida sun.
Patio & T&G Ceiling — After
The covered patio with its tongue-and-groove wood ceiling received Duration Exterior in Satin — built to handle pool-side humidity, mildew, and salt residue carried inland from the Gulf.
