Free On-Site Visit — We visit your home to understand the work required. A project specialist reviews the surfaces, materials, and conditions that will affect the project. For painting, we assess wall condition, existing finishes, and any prep work needed. For handyman work, we evaluate the repair or installation in detail. This on-site visit is always free, no obligation.

Detailed Scope of Work — Based on our on-site assessment, we provide a written estimate that clearly describes what will be done. For painting: which areas will be prepped, which surfaces will be painted, primer application, number of coats, color selection, and trim work. For handyman: what repair will be completed, materials used, and approach to the work. A clear scope ensures that you and Highmark have the same understanding of the project.

Transparent Timeline — The estimate includes a realistic timeline for project completion. We explain how long different phases will take and when you can expect the project to be finished. Weather delays or unforeseen conditions are communicated clearly if they affect the schedule.
